Being mindful, means " being calmly aware of everything in your body and mind". You only focus on "now".The UK's national health advisory body has recommended it to help treat conditions like depression and anxiety. Studies have shown it reduces levels of the stress hormons, cortisol. A new study has claimed that eating mindfully can actually help people to lose weight.

What seems certain is that mindfulness has entered into many aspects of modern life. Foods, travel, work and... . There is no doubt people want to live healthy and happy but this can comes true when treat our body and soul.


 There are 10 steps for mindfulness:

1. take away yourself from stressful places and people as you can. 

2. Early morning is the best time for meditation.

3. Eat healthy food like ( vegtables, fruit, low calorie foods).

4. Take care of your body. You can massage your foot or fingers every night before sleep with herbal oils.

5. Whispers with yourself as much as you can. Positive words can treat your brain from negative messages that intend to you. 

6. Do exercise every day and if you do not have a chance to go to the gym,  just walking!

7. Love and respect yourself. Repeat it every day. 

8. Buy simple and small thing for your friends, family, colleagues and also yourself . Generosity can boosts your energy and self-assurance.

9. Read new books and take time to yourself for a week. 

10. Nature helps you to heal your weaknesses and boost up your courage.
